This is an opportunity to discuss ideas, give constructive feedback and get you excited about your project - whilst all the time building up your confidence. This service is completely free of charge.

We will provide you with a full set of 3D colour drawings based on our meetings and subsequent discussions. These can be amended until you are completely happy; we will then submit to planning if required.

We will produce technical drawings for building regs approval, including party wall if required. We also offer a full technical specification breakdown, enabling you to obtain fixed-price quotes from contractors

Close collaboration with master builders and material suppliers ensures precision in construction, translating design intent into enduring physical reality. We can also provide contract administration and payment certification.
